The process for joining DU is straightforward and nothing to be nervous about. Once you have made contact with a DU at the U of A, we'll invite you to some events where you can start meeting brothers of our chapter.

We want to make sure that you are a good fit for our chapter. After a few events we will decide if we want to offer you a bid (this is an invitation to become an associate member of our chapter). If you accept this bid, you will begin your journey to become a member of Delta Upsilon!

After initiating our rush class of the 2025-2026 academic year, we are now moving into our 2026-2027 recruitment season!

We conduct a more formal recruitment during our fall rush period, which means that we will be hosting events specifically tailored to new members so that they can meet our brothers and see if DU is the right fit for them.
